Scope of Work
We conducted a high-level, rapid assessment of Coll materials focused on:
Management capabilities based on the Company’s current operating and financial situation.
Determining key issues and challenges currently facing the business, along with recommending solutions.
Developing a general understanding of the current liquidity situation and level of vendor support and attempt to gain an understanding of, at a macro level, the future liquidity requirements of the Company.
Discussing and developing an understanding associated with the delay in bringing product lines and equipment online.
High-level review of the Company’s financial projections and associated assumptions and management’s ability to deliver the projected results.
Our assessment was delivered the lender, who in turn, marked down the fair value of their investment and initiated legal action against Coll Materials. All assets belonging to Coll Materials were sold the following year to a strategic buyer.
