Their products are supplied to the electrical, architectural and corrosion/bio-resistant markets. Their products include: construction copper sheet, transformer winding, copper tape, copper strip, sheet, and plate, as well as copper-nickel sheet and plate.
Monitored operational performance and directed short-term operational strategy.
Managed day-to-day financial affairs to maximize liquidity.
Led discussions and negotiations with the Company’s lenders and attempted to arrange take-out financing.
Prepared the Company for a bankruptcy filing and managed it through a bankruptcy process including arranging DIP financing.
Led a successful asset-sale process in bankruptcy.
Successfully defended a creditor lead effort to substantively consolidate the Debtors’ six estates.
Allocated purchase price to four of the Debtors’ estates, and quantified valid inter-company claims.

HusseyCopper operations were sold in a Section 363 bankruptcy asset sale. Claims were resolved through negotiation and court rulings, and proceeds were distributed to creditors and equity holders. HusseyCopper operations remain active and in business.
